Being in Bangalore

We arrived in Bangalore in early September 2005 thanks to Jay’s IT work. We found what Thomas Friedman noted in his book, “The World is Flat.” Bangalore is a town bustling with modern activity that we recognize from our lives in Atlanta, GA, alongside dirt alleys that time has forgotten. This blog will unfold as our journey in this new world, for us, unfolds. We will post our thoughts and observations, share photos and invite our friends and family to vicariously explore with us.

About Us

We both raised our children and decided it was time for new life adventures. We are long time Unitarian Universalists who found one another through our church work. We married in October 2004 and less than a year later moved to India.
